Illuminating Makeup for Cheekbones?

I'm looking for something to illuminate or highlight my cheekbones, like a powder or a creme (not moisturizer, makeup). I have a little compact from Sephora but it's not the best, there's very little highlighter-it's got three colors of blush. Also, it would be great if it was $20 or less. Thanks!
