Why am I getting vibration at the floor board of my car?

1985 chevy Caprice clic V8 305 5.0L. vibrates at the floor board at 45-55 mph. Seems to level out at about 60-65. i can feel it in the the accelerator pedal. very seldom i also get a loud screech when trying to start the car. Fly-wheel???
