What testable predictions do religious theories like Creationism or Intelligent Design make?

You would expect to find a distribution of species, living and upper-strata fossil, radiating outwards from Asia Minor (Mt. Ararat). Unfortunately, no such distribution is found. The absence of monotremes in Europe, Asia and Africa clearly does not fit the pattern.
