Prague Ratter Breeders in U.S.A.?

I am looking to adopt a Prague Ratter puppy, but I don't speak Czech and don't plan on going to the czech republic so could anyone help me find(or suggest)a breeder in the united states or one from Czech that is easy to work with and will ship(and speaks english)?? Thank you sooooo much!!=]
