Why can' t the trendy lefties acknowledge that the failures we have are of Labours doing?

I'm old enough to remember Harold Wilson blaming everyone but himself when the country was in a financial crisis ie Gnomes of Zurich etc. They actually have very little to offer but another financial crisis for the Tories to sort out
