Trying to find a poem? "3am" by Dennis O'Driscoll?

I was at the library this weekend and picked up "An anthology of modern Irish poetry" I didn't check it out, however I found a poem I really enjoyed. I jotted the title and author down so I could search it later. But now I can't find it anywhere online? I don't remember the words exactly, but that is definitely the name and poet... Could anyone possibly post the poem here or link me to somewhere that has it? Thanks!
