What do I need to do to be able to run Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3 on my computer?

I'm trying to play Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3. I'm running Windows XP on my Macbook through Parallels. From what I can tell, the problem is with my mac's video card, Intel GMA X3100. The game requires NVIDIA GeForce 6800 or better, or ATI Radeon X800 or better. How do I upgrade this to be able to play? Thanks!
