Am i a bad father?

i have two sons and one little baby girl. the boys are 2 and 4 and the girl is about 9 months. my wife went to a thing in texas for work so she wasn't home last night and my daughter started to cry really loud, so i went into her room to see if she just needed her pacifier so i put that in, but she still cried really loudly. I picked her up and carried her around for a little bit, gave her a bottle, tried to see if she would fall asleep watching baby einstein but she wouldn't stop crying, and i was getting frustrated my sons had woken up and gavin was asking for a drink and i was really flustered so i just laid my daughter down for a little bit just to let me calm myself down so i didn't get angry. I picked her back up after i calmed down and gave her another bottle, but should i have laid her down and let her keep crying?
