Box color woes?

It shouldn't but it still possibly could. You can't ever be sure with boxed dyes. I once got a dark brown and it turned out almost black. If it ends up turning out wrong you can always save up and get it fixed or get a color remover (which completly removes any color from your hair) and then wait a week or so and dye it again.
