Can anyone recommend a good car stereo with these requirements?

Pretty tough combo to fill there. Need a receiver with a flip-down face, for sure. The Alpine CDA-9885 and CDA-9887; The Kenwood KDC-MP635, KDC-MP735U, KDC-X791, KDC-X891, and KDC-X991; the Eclipse CD5100 and CD7100, and the Pioneer DEH-P7900BT and DEH-P9800BT all appear to have a screen that is large enough to display the info you want (but don't say for sure what the display options are), have a Sirius box available, and have a remote control. Beyond those, you're looking at a fold-out display, which you didn't say whether you wanted or not.
