Daughter wants to change her last name to her stepfathers last name?

Wow, I wish my biological father would have fought to be more in my life when I was younger. He signed over his rights and my stepdad did become my dad. I think it shows your noble and how much you care for her. My best opinion to make everyone happy is if you can hyphenate the last names. Use yours first.
