Fellow Georgians, how are you conserving water?

Suggest to the governor that he eat his soup right out of the can, thereby conserving water in three ways: 1) he won't have to dilute the soup in the pan with a can of water. 2) he can heat the can directly on the stove, by-ping the need for a pan and saving the water needed to wash it. 3) since the volume per meal is 1/2 what it would be if the soup were mixed with water, he'll have to "go" fewer times and therefore flush less frequently.
