Making a Beach Umbrella Bag Without Sewing?

I need to make a bag that is about 40 inches long and 6 inches or so wide. I am going to put a beach umbrella in it. The only problem is that I can not sew. Any ideas how I can make one?? I was thinking of fabric glue? Or maybe making it like you make those no sew fleece blankets? Please help, any helpful suggestions are appreciated.
