Ok ladies I am 40 with 4 kids and I am about 5ft7 or so. I currrenty weight?

when I step on my scales when I get out of bed when I wake up it says I am 61 kgs. which I think is about 133-134 pounds. I am finding that too fat for me. just wondering what would happen if I hate 20 grams a fat a day or less and ran about 1 hour or so 5-6 days a week? do you think by the end of the year I would be anorexic? just your opinions. I still love my Kit Kat's though. I had pasta for dinner tonight and 8 finger dark chocolate kit Kat's. anyway just wondering if I went to eat say 20-25 grams a fat a day or less and ran for 1 hour or more 5-6 days a week would I be anorexic by the end of the year? opinions. I feel 133 pounds is Huge for me and hate it.
