What do you think about omega horse shine?

i live in south florida so you have to bran/oil once a week to keep the sand outa there belly. omega horse shine gives shine cleans sand out and helps gain weight. i was thinking of using this instead of bran/oil but i don't want sand to get in my horses stomach and she ends up going into a colic. do you use this? can i trust this with the sand?
