Will most intelligent people see that recent attacks on Health Care are just fabricated lies by the Right Wing?

Seems like the lies are now being found out and the people behind them are the Right Wing, Insurance Lobbyists and some Conservatives. They have been lent a hand in their lies and falsehoods by people on the Right like Sarah Palin, John Cornyn, john Boehner and other Conservative leaders. But to 99.9 percent of Americans this is nothing but a lie and a silly fabrication. Death Squads are a completely made up story and would never happen here, neither the Right not the Left would ever consider this nor even address it since it is completely ridiculous. Has the party of do nothing now ruined it chances of ever gaining ground when these lies and falsehoods are becoming clearer and clearer everyday. Is this a final act of desperation on the parts of some Conservatives? While most Americans know better there are a very small few on the fringe who believe these stories and are actually frightened, some even have used violence out of fear. Should these people who spread these falsehoods and lies like Sarah Palin be held at least morally responsible if not criminally for stoking the fear in these fringe groups?
