10 POINTS : How To Memorize a Speech FAST?

i need to memorize a shakespeare sonnet and recite it to my english cl in 5 days (thats plenty of time to memorize it, right?). How can i memorize it quickly and know it very well? i get stage fright and i am SO nervous i will embarr myself and forget my lines. how do i learn it cold? pls and thanks. :)
