Does Matt Hughes deserve another title shot?

some seem to think hughes deserves another shot at GSP and i say why the heck not? sure, he's lost twice to st pierre, but as we know, GSP can be caught and stopped, as hughes himself did and we all know what happened in that matt serra fight.
