I'm convinced i have the swine flu?

i went to the nurse's office today because of a migraine and while i was waiting there was this guy who looked really really sick sitting opposite of me. now i feel really sick i feel like throwing up all the time but i haven't thrown up yet but i will prob soon but i don't have any other symptoms. i just feel really tired and cold and feel like throwing up. how do i get well because i have to go to school tomorrow.
